Terms of Service

Last updated: 1 July 2026

These terms govern your use of Remi, operated by Samuel Levens, sole trader (ABN 60 951 612 988), Queensland, Australia ("Remi", "we", "us"). By using Remi you agree to them. Questions: hello@remi-ar.au.

The service

Remi connects to your Xero account and helps you follow up on overdue invoices: sending reminder emails you set up or approve, under your business name, and stopping once an invoice is paid. Remi is currently in early access (beta) and is provided on an "as is" basis; features may change.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 and authorised to connect the Xero organisation(s) you link to Remi.

Your responsibilities

Payments

Remi offers a free trial; after it ends, continuing to chase requires a paid subscription. Current pricing is shown before you subscribe, billing is handled securely by Stripe, and you can cancel anytime (access continues to the end of the period you've paid for). We'll give notice of any pricing changes. Remi does not process your customers' payments: those go through Xero's own payment links, which we simply include in reminders.

Our IP and your data

We own Remi (the software, brand and site). You own your data. You grant us permission to process your data only to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Disclaimers

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim relating to Remi is limited to the greater of (a) the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim, or (b) AUD $100. We aren't liable for indirect or consequential loss.

Indemnity

You indemnify us against claims arising from your misuse of Remi, or from messages sent on your behalf in breach of these terms or the law.

Suspension and termination

You can stop using Remi and disconnect Xero at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms or misuse. On termination you can export your data, and we'll delete it as described in the Privacy Policy.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia, and you submit to the courts of that state.

Changes

We may update these terms; we'll change the "last updated" date and, for material changes, let you know.

Remi is an independent application that connects to Xero. It isn't affiliated with or endorsed by Xero Limited.
